Park's Kia East Kilbride staff were good because very open helpful and carried out all paper work
After visiting several dealerships over a few weeks, I found some to be quite aggressive and not really listening to what I wanted. During this time, my car had been written off due to an accident, which was already stressful, and just a week later my partner died unexpectedly. It was an incredibly difficult period for me.
Jamie Hill at Parks was excellent from start to finish. He really listened to what I wanted, understood my situation, and treated me with genuine care and respect. What stood out most was that I never felt any pressure to buy — something I truly appreciated given everything I was going through.
I may have been able to find a similar car slightly cheaper elsewhere, but I chose Parks because I trusted them and valued the level of customer service I received. That meant more to me than saving a small amount of money.
Park's Kia East Kilbride were great because The staff in it’s entirety were welcoming, respectful, and knowledgeable, explaining everything concerning my purchase of the vehicle I was interested in.
I would not recommend Park's Kia East Kilbride because we received extraordinarily poor customer experience from the service department relating to the previous vehicle. In garage for the best part of a year with still no visibility as to a timescale for an engine management problem to be resolved. Very poor customer service throughout. Request for a replacement vehicle under warranty was eventually addressed by having a 'market value' trade in deal with us having to contribute significantly in order to receive a like for like replacement vehicle. Deeply unsatisfactory.
